Antonioli
In this project, I comprehensively analyzed Antonioli, covering everything from brand identity to open-to-buy plans. I developed a merchandising and trend forecasting strategy for their Fall/Winter 2024 collection, focusing on curating a balanced assortment of established and emerging designers. I optimized inventory using an open-to-buy plan and incorporated key fashion trends through market research. Through market research and competitor analysis, I provided strategic recommendations to strengthen Antonioli’s avant-garde positioning while effectively meeting consumer demand.
